About the Event

Join us for the Inclusion Network in Shropshire - exploring Neurodiversity and Entrepreneurship in a rural market town.

With three fantastic leaders from local organisations, we will explore this topic in a 'walk and talk' style, including a coached masterclass.

We are excited to announce we will be hosted at Oswestry Memorial Hall, with Paul Newman, founder of Be a Better Fish and director of OsNosh CIC, Jo Hazell-Watkins co-founder of The Soma Space and Ben Wilkins, founder of OsNosh CIC.

Paul has supported a number of disadvantaged individuals to set up businesses in Oswestry and will share insights on what creates a positive entrepreneurship culture, championing 'Creating a place to be the best me'.

Recently featured in the Guardian newspaper, we will also be joined by Jo Hazell-Watkins who will take us through a movement workshop for mental health. Jo is a personal trainer, and trauma coach and will be sharing techniques and tips for you to take away.

None of our events would be complete without the opportunity to chat over refreshments - this time with a difference! Ben Wilson will chat to us about overcoming his own barriers to business and his purpose of “Growing a community through food”.

Throughout this event we will be asking:

  1. What does it take to make the support and delivery work?
  2. What could you learn and take back into your own organisation?
  3. Who could you meet to help you do this?

This event is designed to promote well-being and you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Meet with and hear from individuals and their supporters about their journey to running their own organisation
  • Connect with yourself in the coached session
  • Catch up with other attendees and network
  • Share your experiences
  • Enjoy a seasonal lunch
  • Co-work and use the hub facilities after the event
