About the Event
oin us for our first Business Inclusion Network in Shropshire - exploring Neurodiversity and Entrepreneurship with a talk and case studies from our hosts, and diversity champions, at Fordhall Farm. We’ll gather for a tour around the farm, hear all about their experience as an employer committed to people, followed coaching session led by one of our Neurodiversity experts, Emily. After this we’ll head to the meeting room space for a lunch of freshly made soup, cake, hot drinks and a slice of gingerbread - with further opportunity to connect with liked minded businesses from our county.
You will have the opportunity to:

• Catch up with attendees
• Share your experiences
• Take part in a nature based coaching activity
• Enjoy a seasonal lunch
This event is designed to be focused on promoting wellbeing.
Fordhall Farm are committed to celebrating and accepting difference; one of their five organisational values is to 'Gather the Flock' and they have been running their Care Farm for adults with a range of disabilities for many years. This is alongside their Youth Project for young people who struggle with the demands of mainstream school settings.

Dietary Requirements & Lunch:
Your ticket fee includes lunch. We need to know numbers for food 1 week before and dietary requirements 48 hours before at the latest.
Please note that food is pre-ordered 7 days before for this event, so if you need to cancel after this time we will unfortunately not be able to refund you. If you cancel more than 7 days before, we will refund you the ticket less the ticket processing fees charged by eventbrite.
Emily is a late discovered self-identifying Autistic ADHDer; her background is in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Over the last 6 years Emily has been enabling neurodivergent people of all ages discover their strengths and work at their best. Emily is currently training to become an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and is passionate about inclusion in the workplace ensuring people haveaccess to the support and resources they need to thrive.
