Nature and Inclusion
We know that Equity, Diversity and Inclusion can be challenging and complex topics. We break down barriers to exclusion by bringing together those with 'lived experience' to educate the rest of our community with their first hand knowledge.
Previous workshops have covered topics such as neurodiversity in the workplace, mental health and employment, neurodiversity and entrepreneurship. We are always looking for new topics to explore!
Nature and Nurture
Our workshops always have an element of nature connectedness. This is partly due to what can be emotional stories told by our 'experts' and we have found that being in nature helps to 'ground' these conversations.
It also allows individuals to have freedom to move around, take a breath and makes the most of our beautiful countryside.
Reinvesting in our community
75% of any profits from the event go to the host organisation.
