Our 5 themes:
1. Green Skills and Sustainability
We develop green skills, sustainability education and workforce development programmes that help people, employers and communities respond to climate change and the transition to net zero.
2. Digital Skills & Future Workforce
We support digital skills development, digital inclusion and future workforce readiness through training, careers education and learning resources focused on emerging technologies.
3. Enterprise and Community Resilience
We help individuals, entrepreneurs and community organisations build resilience through mentoring, coaching, enterprise support, digital inclusion and community learning opportunities.
4. Workforce Development & Inclusion
We work with employers, educators and community partners to improve employability, address skills shortages and create inclusive pathways into work, training and career progression.
5. Research, Insight & Local Skills Planning
We provide research, employer engagement and labour market insight to support workforce planning, economic development and Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs).
